The starting point
Symphos is a separate B2B product in early development: a workspace where people and AI agents can collaborate around threads, tasks, files and workflows within explicit permissions and policies.
The problem is organizational, not a single chat. Business work needs context, access boundaries and coordination across the systems where that work already happens.
Give teams and AI agents a shared workspace with clear permissions.
What I did
- Defined the product I designed Symphos as a separate business workspace combining collaboration, tasks, agent execution, files and access policies.
- Designed the architecture The architecture separates identity, policy evaluation, routing, threads, the agent runtime, virtual files and retrieval. Workspace Studio is a planned environment for configuring agents, workflows, rules and connectors.
- Started implementation I built the initial services, database migrations and frontend structure, and documented the infrastructure.
The outcome
A target architecture and initial codebase for a workspace where people and AI agents can work together.
The product is in early development and has not been validated with customers. Planned integrations, CRM/ERP embedding and architectural components are not all live capabilities.
