Wheely Dispatch — Inteltelecom
Implementation engineer and project coordinator · Implementation completed
The starting point
When Wheely was an early-stage premium taxi service, its operations needed to be set up in a dispatch platform.
This was one of my first projects combining implementation engineering with project coordination. The software setup had to match how the customer meant to run the business.
Implement the operating model, not just the software.
What I did
- Configured dispatch workflows I designed and configured business processes and operating scenarios on the platform as part of the implementation. This tied the technical setup to the daily work of the people using it.
- Coordinated the implementation I combined hands-on implementation with project management and worked directly with the customer’s executive leadership, including the CEO, to move the implementation forward.
- Connected business requirements to the system This was part of my early work on telephony and taxi-dispatch automation. It set a pattern I still follow: understand the operational problem, turn it into system behavior and see the implementation through.
The outcome
A completed dispatch-platform implementation, including workflow configuration and coordination with the client's leadership.
This case covers the implementation work. Exact dates, operating scale and business impact are not documented here. The company's later success is not attributed to this project.
